At Hyperagora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Certain products, including personalized items, gift cards, and hygiene-related products, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
